We are passionate about gastronomy and have worked for many years in the hotel industry, the world of restaurants and private events, which has led us to specialize in the profession of butchery without leaving other products aside. We created this concept, thinking that with some modern updates, the boutique butcher shop could appeal to foodies, advocates of local gastronomy, and consumers who are tired of giant, impersonal supermarkets following our line of love for good food and good drinks.
